Jamberoo Mountain Farm

Nestled in the rolling green hills of Jamberoo, Jamberoo Mountain Farm is a family-run regenerative farm dedicated to producing premium pasture-raised eggs and grass-fed beef while restoring the health of the land for future generations.

Our mission is simple: work with nature, not against it. Through regenerative agriculture and time-controlled grazing, we nurture healthy soils, thriving pastures, and happy animals, resulting in food that is nutrient-dense, ethically produced, and full of flavour.

Whether you're looking for farm-fresh eggs, premium grass-fed beef, or a peaceful escape in our tiny home accommodation, Jamberoo Mountain Farm offers an authentic connection to the land.

What we do

Pasture-Raised Eggs

Fresh Eggs from Happy Hens. Our hens spend their days roaming freely across fresh pasture, scratching, pecking, and foraging as nature intended.

Grass-Fed Beef

Our cattle are raised on diverse pastures using time-controlled grazing systems designed to mimic natural herd movements.

Meet the Family Behind Jamberoo Mountain Farm

Jamberoo Mountain Farm is proudly owned and operated by Lachlan and Nicole, alongside their two children, Ellie and Jack.

What began as a shared vision to raise a family close to nature has grown into a thriving regenerative farming enterprise built on hard work, stewardship, and a deep respect for the land.

As a family, we are passionate about producing nutritious food while improving the health of our soils, pastures, and ecosystems. Every decision we make is guided by the belief that farming should leave the land better than we found it.

You'll often find Lachlan managing the cattle and grazing systems, Nicole coordinating farm operations and customer relationships, while Ellie and Jack are never far away—helping collect eggs, moving animals, planting trees, and learning the values of sustainable food production firsthand.

For us, farming is more than a business; it's a way of life. We take great pride in sharing our farm, our produce, and our story with the community.

When you purchase from Jamberoo Mountain Farm or stay in our tiny home, you're supporting a local family dedicated to regenerating the land and producing food with integrity.

Our Farming Philosophy

Regenerative agriculture is a farming approach that focuses on rebuilding soil health, increasing biodiversity, improving water retention, and capturing carbon in the landscape. Rather than depleting natural resources, regenerative farming seeks to leave the land healthier with every passing season.

By carefully managing our livestock and working in harmony with natural ecosystems, we create resilient pastures that support healthy animals and produce exceptional food.

Our Regenerative Practices Include:

Cows grazing in a grassy field near a wire fence, with tall trees in the background and sunlight filtering through the foliage.

Time-controlled rotational grazing

Maintaining continuous ground cover

Building soil organic matter

Encouraging biodiversity across the farm

Minimising chemical inputs

Supporting natural ecosystem function

Improving water infiltration and drought resilience

The result is healthier land, healthier animals, and healthier food for our community.
